The room was large and immaculate. I needed grab bars in the bathroom and these were well installed where needed. There was a hand held shower and a tub seat. There shower was a walk-in with nothing to step over. The bathroom was large and a hair dryer was provided. I booked this room for an accessible bathroom and was not disappointed. I also needed a refrigerator, which was in the room. There was a very large TV screen and a coffee maker. The staff was friendly and efficient and even contacted me after I got in the room to see if evywas OK. Being so near the airport was a big plus and the room rates were very reasonable. An airport shuttle was provided.

The shuttle was timely, the driver courteous and helpful with the luggage on boarding and on arrival. The checkin receptionist was extremely nice, personable, courteous informative efficient and quick to process the check in Could not be better Well done.

Great shuttle service to the airport, and a restaurant to eat at the hotel so I did not have to go out. Big room, nice bed, clean bathroom, and helpful staff. It was a short stay but definitely worth it and I shall return if I am ever in need of a place to stay near the airport.

Very good location, very clean rooms, free airport shuttle (although I wasn't able to use it) and very nice staff. Room was great, had all necessities and was very big. Special thanks to Tim, who helped me a lot!

The room was spacious, quiet and clean and that's absolutely all that was needed as our flight left at 6 AM from EWR

The staff were friendly, welcoming (especially the guy don’t remember his name but he is a Nicki Minaj fan, you rock). The hotel had a makeover (upgraded) rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Easy check in! Bar/ restaurant in hotel. Little food shop and vending machine with everything in it!

the staff was very nice. it was very affordable as we were in a bad place with our air bnb so this was a nice solution. check in was quick and easy and any questions i had they worked with us quick. it had a a mini food bar which i believe to be 24/7 it was nice loved it .

Excellent choice for a stopover in Newark. The shuttle bus got us quickly from/to EWK, the room was clean, the staff was pleasant (front desk gave us a complimentary children's breakfast - much appreciated!).
